Seribu Islands Regent Commanded to Develop Fish Cultivation

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok Tjahaja Purnama instructed Seribu Islands Regent Budi Utomo, to develop fish cultivation. Besides as food security, it is also expected could increase economic of the island residents.

The fish cultivation should be budgeted immediately, it would work out

However, Ahok reminded that there should be no kavling dividing concept. As it is feared would be re-sold by fishermen. 

Fishermen Complaining About the Slowness Process of SIPI

The concept offered is profit sharing between the government and fishermen with calculation by 80-20 percent, in which 80 for fishermen and 20 for the government. 

"It's profit sharing by 80-20 percent. Then 80 percent for fishermen will be shared again. For example, 20 percent for seeds, 20 percent for workers, 20 percent for family and 20 percent for insurance," he finished.
